1. Introduction
Recognify provides tools for team feedback, employee recognition, and engagement. We are currently offering a limited-time lifetime deal (LTD) for early adopters, but reserve the right to transition to a subscription-based model in the future. Any users who purchase the LTD will retain access to their plan without additional fees, even after the transition.
2. Lifetime Deal (LTD)
Recognify's LTD grants users lifetime access to the purchased plan's features under the following conditions:
- The LTD plan includes the features as described at the time of purchase.
- Any user who purchased an LTD will not be charged for future subscription fees, even if the platform transitions to a subscription model.
- LTD users will continue to receive updates and improvements available to their purchased plan, but new features introduced after the subscription model launch may not be included.
- Recognify reserves the right to modify or discontinue any LTD plans in the future for new customers, but existing LTD users will retain their access.
3. Transition to Subscription
Recognify may transition to a subscription model at any time, at which point:
- New users or those on trial plans will be required to select a subscription plan.
- LTD users will not be affected by subscription fees, maintaining their access to the features they originally purchased.
- Any changes to pricing, features, or services for new subscribers will be announced with proper notice.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Recognify, you agree:
- To provide accurate information when creating an account.
- To use the platform for its intended purpose, which is to enhance team engagement and recognition.
- Not to engage in activities that harm the platform or other users, including unauthorized access or misuse of services.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Recognify.
